You must be at least 13 years old to use QastX services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.
You may be required to sign up for an account and provide us with certain information such as your contact information. You promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You will not share your QastX Account with anyone, and you must protect the security of your account and password.
QastX uses artificial intelligence to analyze and transform your uploaded videos into clips, generate subtitles, and create other AI-enhanced content. You retain all rights to your original content and any AI-generated derivative content created through our services. By using our services, you grant QastX a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our AI video services.
You may use QastX for lawful purposes only. You may not: (a) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, (b) upload content that violates any law or is harmful, fraudulent, or objectionable, (c) attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms, (d) use our services to develop competing AI models, (e) distribute content without proper authorization including individual's name, photograph, voice, or likeness, or (f) upload content containing personal information of children under 13.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available according to our Refund Policy.
QastX respects intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content through our services. You may not upload copyrighted material without permission. We reserve the right to remove content that violates intellectual property rights and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use the Services. By using QastX, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your uploaded content solely to provide our AI services and do not use your content to train our models without explicit consent.
QastX is constantly improving our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also need to perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to our services. We will try to provide notice of significant changes when practical.
QastX provides services on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QastX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. QastX may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive.
QastX shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or technical failures.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use QastX services if you are located in a country subject to sanctions or if you are on any government restricted parties list.
Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee. You may cancel automatic renewal in your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with QastX will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QastX will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Serbia.
